啟閉機(jī)一般選用固定式啟閉機(jī)和一門一機(jī)的布置，但若閘門操作運(yùn)行方式和啟閉時(shí)間允許時(shí)，也可選用移動式啟閉機(jī)。
 (2)多孔泄水系統(tǒng)的事故、檢修閘門的啟閉機(jī)，一般選用移動式啟閉機(jī)。
 (3)施工導(dǎo)流封孔閘門的啟閉機(jī)，其啟閉力應(yīng)考慮在一定水位下有啟門的可能，同時(shí)應(yīng)有準(zhǔn)確的指示裝置以顯示閘門是否到達(dá)底坎。

閘門啟閉機(jī)，又稱為啟閉機(jī)閘門，是一種大型水利機(jī)械產(chǎn)品閘門啟閉機(jī)關(guān)系到水工建筑物的正常運(yùn)行，除應(yīng)滿足一般起重機(jī)械的設(shè)計(jì)要求外，工作安全可靠和操作靈活方便具有特殊的意義。

螺桿式啟閉機(jī)可以分為：手電兩用螺桿式啟閉機(jī)手推式螺桿式啟閉機(jī)、側(cè)搖式啟閉機(jī)、手動螺桿啟閉機(jī)等幾種用螺紋桿直接或通過導(dǎo)向滑塊、連桿與閘門門葉相連接，螺桿上下移動以啟閉閘門的機(jī)械。螺桿支承在承重螺母內(nèi),螺母和傳動機(jī)構(gòu)（傘齒輪傳動或蝸輪傳動）固定在支承架上。接通電源或用人力手搖柄拖動傳動機(jī)構(gòu)，帶動承重螺母旋轉(zhuǎn),使螺桿升降以啟閉閘門。螺桿是受壓受拉桿件,需要下壓力迫使閘門下降時(shí)應(yīng)計(jì)算壓桿的穩(wěn)定性。螺桿式啟閉機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，堅(jiān)固耐用，造價(jià)低廉，適用于小型平面閘門和弧形閘門，其啟閉力一般在200kN以下。500kN、750kN大容量的螺桿啟閉機(jī)也已生產(chǎn),用于潛水孔平面閘門和弧形閘門的操作。

對于固定式的啟閉機(jī)來說，其安裝主要是以閘門起吊中心為基準(zhǔn)，縱向以及橫向的偏差距離應(yīng)該不能小于3毫米，水平的偏差應(yīng)該小于千分之0.5左右，而高程的偏差可以達(dá)到5毫米。螺桿式的啟閉機(jī)在進(jìn)行螺桿與閘門進(jìn)行連接的過程中，其垂直偏差處理不會大于千分之0.5；我們還要在啟閉機(jī)進(jìn)行安裝時(shí)進(jìn)行全面的檢查與檢驗(yàn)工作。要對開式的齒輪以及軸襯進(jìn)行全面的轉(zhuǎn)動，并在轉(zhuǎn)動的地方進(jìn)行油污和鐵屑的清潔處理工作，主要是對灰塵的清除，再加上新的油，并按照減速箱的說明進(jìn)行安裝，還要按照產(chǎn)品的說明書進(jìn)行加油以及規(guī)定油位的處理。我們在啟閉機(jī)在進(jìn)行定位時(shí)，機(jī)架底的腳部螺栓處理要進(jìn)行混凝土的澆灌處理，其機(jī)座與混凝土必須要用水泥砂漿進(jìn)行填埋。我們的門機(jī)安裝的過程中，全進(jìn)行全面的清點(diǎn)與排查，還要對機(jī)器的構(gòu)件進(jìn)行安裝，在安裝的過程中，偏差必須要符合圖紙的相關(guān)規(guī)定，如果沒有準(zhǔn)確的規(guī)定，可以參考相應(yīng)的要求進(jìn)行執(zhí)行；對于門機(jī)的軌道安裝時(shí)，其門的組裝如果有偏差的話，應(yīng)該是以圖紙和廠家的說明書中規(guī)定的內(nèi)容來進(jìn)行安裝。

Screw hoist is simple in structure, strong and durable, low in cost, suitable for small plane gate and arc gate, its opening and closing force is generally below 200 kN. 500 kN, 750 kN large capacity screw hoist has also been produced for diving hole plane gate and arc gate operation. For the fixed hoist, its installation is mainly based on the lifting center of the gate, the longitudinal and transverse deviation distance should not be less than 3 mm, the horizontal deviation should be less than 0.5 parts per thousand, and the height deviation can reach 5 mm. In the process of connecting screw and gate, the vertical deviation of screw hoist will not be greater than 0.5 parts per thousand; we also need to conduct a comprehensive inspection and inspection when the hoist is installed.  To open gear and shaft lining for a comprehensive rotation, and in the rotation of the place for oil and iron cleaning work, mainly to remove dust, plus new oil, and according to the reducer instructions for installation, but also in accordance with the product instructions for refueling and the required level of oil treatment.
